However, I encountered some issues. The air conditioning didn’t seem to cool effectively, which made the room quite warm. Also, I experienced a problem with the shower that caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor, and despite multiple reports, it wasn’t fixed during my stay. The pool area could use more maintenance, as I noticed several broken sun loungers and missing tiles. Interaction with staff was hit or miss. some were attentive while others seemed disinterested. Overall, I loved the location and views but felt that service and maintenance need improvement.
